Our Story

Ernie Sullivan has had a long standing passion for making meals memorable for everyone who comes into his home; whether its a special request birthday dinner, or a feast at a holiday, or even a random Tuesday! His smile shines through in his food, and he is truly happy to look around and see a group of people eating his creations. He gets so passionate about making food for others that sometimes he "forgets" to eat until he is reminded by his family!

 

Food brings people together, and for Ernie and his family coming together to share meal and make memories is a way of life! While on vacation in Vermont, Ernie decided "everybody loves pizza" and Hick'ry Wood Fire Pizza was created.

The goal for Hick'ry Wood Fired Pizza is to create a fun on-site pizza experience to come together, enjoy a slice and make memories of your own. We work to source ingredients from local farms, and handcraft our sourdough crust in small batches made fresh for each event.
